- 01Week 1 – 2
Stream selection
Map your strengths to NAM vs CoE vs EMR vs PHI vs IEC, each has its own committee.
- 02Week 2 – 3
Concept note & State alignment
Five-page concept note walked through the State AYUSH Mission Directorate.
- 03Week 3 – 6
DPR on ANUDAN portal
Build full DPR (rationale, methodology, beneficiary plan, budget, indicators) and upload.
- 04Week 6 – 9
Application & ethics clearance
Lock submission; obtain ethics clearance for research; State endorsement for NAM.
- 05Week 9 – 28
SFC + Project Screening Committee
De jure ~120 days; de facto 4–6 months. We defend the proposal and revise as required.
- 06Week 28 – 48
Sanction, MoU & quarterly reporting
Sign MoU, draw tranches via PFMS, file quarterly progress through AYUSH MIS.
